We will be hosting two routes again this year! A cyclist-friendly pre-event route of 26 miles will start at 12:00 from Open Roads and head to Plainwell and back. This long route will meet back up at Open Roads to join the rest of our riders for the classic Tweed Ride. The classic route of 4.5 miles starts at 2:30 from Open Roads and tours the city. The ride will end with a party full of appetizers, a bike raffle, old-timey carnival games, and more!

Though no one needs to get dressed up to ride, we invite our participants to wear stylish, vintage, and dapper attire!
While the theme is turn-of-the-century and we have prizes for best dressed, all looks are welcome: Dapper, Simple, or Athletic/Cyclist! All proceeds for Kalamazoo Tweed Ride support our year-round youth bike programs! All proceeds from Tweed Ride fund our year-round work to teach youth bike mechanic skills and social skills to better prepare them for their future.
