Cycling Aerodynamics "Aerodynamics can make a large difference in the finishing time during a time trial. However, it is important to weight cost carefully before making any purchases. The largest effect is caused by a change in body position. After an optimal position is achieved, an aerodynamic frame and fork will give a rider the most advantage even though frames can get expensive. Wheels also make a significant impact but they are also costly. While often over looked, handle bars will lend almost the time savings that an aero fork will for the same price. While a skinsuit is cheap, it is effective and practical. When making aerodynamic changes, a rider should start with body position and a skinsuit. Then, he could buy an aero fork or handle bars. Finally, a set of aero wheels and an aerodynamic frame should be purchased." --Dave Boboltz
