PALM XXVII
Pictures and Blogs from PALM 2006
If you have memories, highlights, pictures, blogs, comments etc. that you would like to share, please sent them to me and I'll add them to the web site. Here's what I have so far:
Jeff and Evan sent us a
link
to the 2006 pictures of their second PALM.
This is a
video
about PALM shot and edited by the truck driver who was lugging the camera around: Josh Clark
Here is a
link
to all the photos taken by Dotty Delehanty, the official PALM photographer. I have split them into 6 albums of about 100
pictures each. If you have a high speed line, view each album as a slide show. Be forewarned: you will really miss PALM.
Roger Weber rode the PALM on a 1977 Schwinn LeTour and wrote a neat
blog
about it. Don't miss the poems.
Three generations of the Quint family rode the PALM this year. The grandson Shawn sent us
this link
to the pictures he took. There are lots of pictures taken at
the Gilmore Car Museum: 130 classic cars in 6 historic Michigan barns
which we passed on the way to Battle Creek. There are over 175 pictures and it takes sometime to load.
Joel Adams sent us a link to his
ride journal for PALM XXV.
He reminds us what great people we have as riders, both young and old. PALM is a community where all belong.
Ellie Knesper sent us a
link
to her photos. Ellie has been on PALM 23 times and has been on staff forever. Currently she is Mail Granny, the person
who answers all your emails and phone calls. She got the job even though at the time she was not yet a grandmother.
Keith McBain sent us a
link
to his photos. Click on the picture taken by his daughter. Behold perfect helmet hair. Every ripple distinct and fully formed. See what PALM can do for you!
If you have any complaints or
suggestions or are interested in joining the staff to make sure your suggestions are implemented, please
email me.
Help keep PALM alive.
