THIRTEEN assorted human powered vehicles start the one-hour time trial for unstreamlined vehicles at the 16th annual Michigan Human Powered Vehicle Rally on June 5, 1999. Included were three recumbent tandems and a BMX bike. The rally was held at the Waterford Hills sports car racing track in Waterford Michigan. |
