Description

Welcome to TrailBlazer 2018.  Enjoy one of the first rides of spring on the Kal-Haven Trail.

If you start in Kalamazoo or South Haven, you can use our shuttle service, which allows you to park in one location.  Then you and your bike are transported to the other end so you can ride the trail one way back to your vehicle.  The trail is 34 miles.  Adjoining road routes of 25, 45, 70, and 100 are marked for road bikes.

Be sure to join us in Bloomingdale for music and a hot lunch.

This year’s TrailBlazer is being hosted by the Friends of the Kal-Haven Trail and the Friends of the Kalamazoo River Valley Trailway.  The mission of these groups is to provide support for expansion and maintenance of the Trails and continued programming, thereby attracting more people to take advantage of this regional resource.

Enjoy the ride!
