The County Road Association of Michigan (CRAM) is composed of, and represents, Michigan's eighty-three county road agencies. County roads, under the jurisdiction of county road commissions, make up 75 percent of all Michigan roads (90,162 miles). It is vital that bicycle advocates regularly communicate with the county road commissions to ensure that Michigan roads are routinely built and maintained with the needs of cyclists in mind. LMB encourages cyclists to regularly attend and speak up for the interests of bicyclists at events and meetings held by your local road associations.
Below is an excellent resource developed by CRAM titled A Quick Guide to Roads & Road Funding in Michigan.
Please Note: LMB does not necessarily endorse all of CRAM's legislative agenda.
