Variable Distances (10-50 miles per day)

Montague, MI - Saturday morning, cycle 10-50 peaceful miles primarily on the Hart-Montague Trail; return that afternoon to canoe or kayak on the White River. Sunday morning, bike another 20-45 miles past beautiful inland lakes and Lake Michigan shores.

Sunrise Bicycle Tour

June 15-17, 2012

New Starting Location - Alpena, MI

Alpena - A three-day bicycle adventure showcasing the pristine natural beauty of northeast Michigan along the sun-kissed shores of Lake Huron. Each day will feature a different loop tour from Alpena. Highlights include Lake Huron, Wooden Boat Show, Presque Isle Lighthouses (Old and New), Shipwreck Tours and "Seersucker Ride." Join us as the people in Alpena roll out the welcome mat.

MUP (Michigan’s Upper Peninsula) - 11th Year

St. Ignace - The MUP Tour will explore the eastern tip of the Upper Peninsula. We begin and end at St. Ignace; our mid-tour layover day in Sault Ste. Marie will give you plenty of time to discover its treasures. From St. Ignace, you (and your bike) can also ferry over to experience the magic of Mackinac Island.

Montague - Experience the Lake Michigan Shoreline for seven glorious days of riding (three-day option also available). There is so much to see and do that you won’t be able to do it all. From swimming in the lake, to the cherry lady, to the sand dunes, "Watermelon Hill, the sights and sounds of Traverse City, through the Tunnel of Trees, and finishing with a spectacular view of the Mackinac Bridge. Come join us for our 26th year of exploring the coastline of Lake Michigan.
