Father-Son Bonding by Kirsten Dykstra
Captured at one of the Wednesday Night Worlds criterium races at an industrial park in Grand Haven. These races just started-up this past Summer as an opportunity for riders of all levels to practice criterium racing skills. On one of of the nights my husband, Derek Dykstra, and 12 year old son Dane Dykstra, went out on our tandem to race. As is usually the case, Derek did the lion’s share of the work while Dane’s literally along for the ride. No denying the photographic evidence!
