There are many ways to enjoy the summer cycling weather and give back while you ride; we invite you to check out this month’s $1 per Rider Events! The organizers of these rides have pledged to donate $1 to LMB for every person who registers for their event. Those dollars add up quickly and help tremendously in LMB’s education and advocacy work. Algonac Lions Pickerel Tournament Bicycle Tour
Proceeds benefit Lion's Charities. Free Ferry ride to Harsens Island and ride along the St Clair River. Lunch is served until noon. Event is held rain or shine.
Covered Bridge Bike Tour
Our routes are selected to guide you through some of West Michigan's most scenic countryside, along rivers and streams, past farms, and through rural communities. Whether you choose a short distance or a long one, you'll find your route well marked with a minimum of hills (we try), and prompt support and guidance if you need it. Our food has become legend, we feature tasty goodies at our rest stops and a great homemade country style Italian meal at the end.
Ride to Pictured Rocks

Join the best tour in the Upper Peninsula, bicycle the clean northern forests, see Pictured Rocks from land and sea, and enjoy comfortable lodging and fine dining along the way. A 30-mile warmup ride Sunday to see the Big Springs via a glass-bottom boat, 4 days of great riding in the U.P., and a full day off in Munising to see the Pictured Rocks.
Black Bear Gran Fondo
What is the Black Bear Gran Fondo? It’s a race, it’s a ride, it’s an event for cyclists of all abilities and it’s a celebration at the finish line! Choose one of three chip-timed loops. Challenging elevations, rolling hills and flats on all three routes. Gran fondo, self-organized start based on riding speed and training program. Timing starts when you roll across the starting line.
One Helluva Ride
A day of scenic bicycle touring over tree-lined, paved roads through rural and recreation areas. Six loop route options are available with a common lunch stop so friends on different routes can meet for lunch. There will be entertainment, SAG support and mechanics on duty.
Michigander Bicycle Tour

The Michigander Bicycle Tour combines beautiful railtrails, backroads, Great Lakes beaches, lighthouses, rivers, virgin white pines, and vineyards in this vibrant region known as the Tip of the Mitt in Northern Michigan. Home to the Top of Michigan Trails Council, there are great trails to ride and things to see and do along the way. With the Mighty Mackinac Bridge, Mackinac Island, the stomping grounds of America’s fur traders Madame LaFramboise, and John Jacob Astor, transcendentalists Margaret Fuller and Henry David Thoreau combined with the writings of Jim Harrison, Ernest Hemingway and Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, cyclists will surely be inspired and amazed at the inspiring vistas and challenging terrain in the this region called the Land of Hiawatha.
Great Waters Tour

The east end of the Upper Peninsula offers great sights and great riding. Join our Great Waters Tour and you'll see three Great Lakes, the Mackinac Bridge, Soo Locks, Tahquamenon Falls, and Whitefish Point! We've got wonderful lodging scheduled, and we provide luggage transfer, sag service, mapping, and a staff person riding with the group.

The Greatest Ride
ARS Arts & Culture Center and Cycle-Re-Cycle are teaming up once again for their collaborative bike tour of the “I Am The Greatest” sculptures throughout our community. This ride is a special fund-raiser for at-risk youth at both ARS and CRC to help us educate, enlighten, and empower our youth to do great things. Each participant will receive a sponsorship form in which they will be encouraged to raise $250. Ten $25 or five $50 donations from each rider.The “I Am The Greatest” sculptures were created by American artist John Sauvé, and are strategically placed in and around Benton Harbor and St. Joseph. The artist puts an emphasis on “building community through public art.”
Bike Berrien Breweries
A weekly ride with a local cycling group led Cycle-Re-Cycle to this amazing collaboration with new friends Watermark Brewing Co. Within a few sips, one of the founders of Waftermark Brewing Co. & a volunteer from Cycle-Re-Cycle muttered the words Bikes, Breweries, & Benton Harbor. And, as they say, “The rest is history.” A lot of B’s buzzing around this collaboration.
McLaren Macomb presents the second annual bike tour along the scenic Macomb Orchard Trail. Family-friendly fundraiser for charity, A Beautiful Me, to benefit local girls in building their self-worth. Fun activities! T-shirt included with registrants prior to 7/13.
