This program is designed to be delivered in a school setting in an "Assembly" type format. Normally 4 "Assemblies" can be held in a day. (Two in the morning and two in the afternoon). Each "Assembly" takes approximately 30 minutes. The target audience is elementary school students in grades K-4.

Everyone-adult and child-should wear bicycle helmets each time they ride. Helmets are the single most effective way to prevent head injuries resulting from bicycle crashes. Wearing a helmet each ride can encourage the same smart behavior in others.
