Downriver Cycling Club's Last Dozen Ride

A few brave souls pledge themselves, body and soul, to ride 12 more miles at year's end.  We meet at the Nature Center in Oakwoods Metropark, determined to accept our fate. Neither rain nor snow nor ice will deter us from our appointed ride. However, the great eats at the 12 mile mark DO deter us. We've held the Last Dozen each year for years, but this was the last really snowy one. The 2011 Last Dozen. is planned for Saturday, Dec 31,2011 at 11 am. We expect to meet at the Nature Center in Oakwoods Metropark. Check DCC's email list for any last minute updates. The staff graciously allows us the use of a room. Bring a dish to pass, and we'll Eat and have hot chocolate after the ride.
