Note: All of our rides are open to the public. Helmets are required for all rides. Lights are required for night rides and lighter clothing is a good idea for better visibility during late evening rides.

Regular Daily Rides

Mondays:
6:00PM: Meet Bill and Diane Baker at Fraser Cyclery 34501 Utica between Mulvey and 15 Mile for a 1-2 hour scenic easy ride at the pace of the slowest rider. No ride on the second Monday of the month (Club meeting nights).

Tuesdays:
5:30PM: Meet Rick and Sue Moorman at the SW corner of Sheffield Parking Lot (Cunningham and W Big Beaver just west of Coolidge) 30 miles at 15-17 MPH in the Troy, Bloomfield, and Auburn Hills area. Pace and distance will increase throughout the summer.

Wednesday:
9:00AM Meet Rick and Sue Moorman (586-792-0119) for rides to alternating locations. Call Rick to be placed on his email distribution list for ride start locations, destinations and speed.

6:00PM: Meet Steve and Deb Angst (digitaldeb@comcast.net) Naldrette Elementary School (Sugar Bush N of Cotton) 25-30 miles 16-18MPH. NOTE: This ride starts May 7th.

Thursdays:
6:00PM: Meet Bill Windhorst (586-939-6073) & Rick Jones at the MSU Management Center (Square Lake and Crooks) for a fast "start together - end together" ride at 19-21+MPH Pace & Avg 18-19MPH Riding Avg for a distance of 30-35 miles. This ride will increase in miles speed as the season progresses

6:00PM: Meet Carol Green (586-296-7381) at Masonic (13-1/2 Mile) and Jefferson parking lot for a 30 mile ride at 17+MPH.

Fridays:
8:30-9:00 AM Call Bill and Annette Smith (248-652-2278) for rides leaving Romeo Kmart to alternating locations. Call the Smiths to be placed on their distribution list for destinations and pace.

Saturdays:
9:00AM Meet Jane Benard (586-978-2052) Schultz Funeral Home (8-1/2 and Gratiot) 30 miles 14-16mph. NOTE: May 3rd will be the last ride at this location.

8:00AM Meet John Tarantino (586-677-0482) Stoney Creek Boat Launch, 45 miles Armada and back, 16-18MPH. NOTE: This ride starts May 3rd.

9:00AM Meet TJ HILL (586-293-0162) Stoney Creek West Brach Trail head for a FAST paced mountain bike ride to distant locations.

Sundays:
9:00AM Meet TJ HILL Stoney Creek Boat Launch for a 50 mile Moderate Paced mountain bike ride.

Special Rides:

May 11th Mother's Day:
9:00AM Meet John and Marilyn Tarantino Stoney Creek Boat Launch to Wolcott Mills and back 14-16MPH with a brunch at the Tarantino's following the ride. Call John and Marilyn at (586-677-0482) to reserve a spot.

May 21st 7:00PM
Ride of Silence - in memory of cyclists killed by motorists: Meet Mary Miller (586-573-4754) at the Belle Isle Fountain 12 miles 10-12MPH with a police escort. Black arm bands will be passed out.

June 8th Men's Weekend in Grayling. Call John trarantino 586-677-0482 for details.

NON-RIDE EVENTS AND CLUB INFORMATION

The Clinton River Rivers generally meet the second Monday of the month at the Mount Clemens Public Library, at 150 Cass Avenue between Gratiot and Groesbeck. The meeting time is 7:00 PM.
